Our organic extra virgin olive oil, was born in the Tunisian Sahel region, from a single olive variety "Niçoise / Chimlali", harvested by hand at maturity and cold pressed at 30 minutes from the olive trees.

The care taken in all the stages of its preparation allowed us to offer a delicate oil, soft, fluid with a golden yellow color, fruity really pleasant on the taste buds.
